In the context of the current COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) pandemic and in order to preserve the health of customers and the staff working at Fun Baja, this protocol is carried out, a bibliographic review on the subject and a provide the pertinent indications for the daily practice of the different activities that are carried out both on the surface and in the water, which must be taken as provisional and will be subject to constant review by those responsible for the preparation of this document and the authorities relevant. Diving center
- No person should go to the facilities with symptoms that could be related to COVID-19.
- The number of people will be limited exclusively for people who are going to carry out any of the activities that we offer.
- Within the facilities, only the necessary staff will be able to carry out the activity, following the security measures at all times and maintaining social distance.
- The use of a thermometer will be implemented for the dive center staff and their customers.
- Appropriate distances between people will be marked.
- The using of face masks for theorical classes and / or moving around the diving center facilities will be mandatory.
- All the necessary forms will be sent by email or can be downloaded from the Fun Baja website, in any case, they will be filled out before coming to the dive center.
- Bottles of antibacterial gel will be made available to customers, both at the entrance of the dive center and on the boats. It will be mandatory to use it in both areas before starting the activity.
- The dive center and the boats will be cleaned daily with specific products.
- Gloves will be necessary for first aid or rescue courses.
- The use of face masks is mandatory at all times
- The client must use the sanitizing mat before entering our facilities
- Customers must maintain a distance of 1.5 meters to 2 meters between clients and collaborators
- A collaborator will apply antimaterial gel and take the temperature of customers
- The equipment will be sanitized prior to the activities
- Equipment that has already been tested will not be given to another customer
If customers use the transfer service, the following will be done
- The unit will be kept sanitized prior to making the transfer
- The capacity of the unit will be limited respecting what is allowed by the authorities
- The use of face masks is mandatory at all times
- The driver will provide antibacterial gel and take the temperature before boarding the unit
- Diving equipment will be washed and disinfected prior to service, paying special attention to regulators, BCD, snorkels and face masks
- The boat will be sanitized before and after service
- Returned rental equipment will be stored in an area separate from the area where sanitized equipment is stored
- The regulators (second stage) will be disinfected before and after each use with specific solutions for that purpose; regulators will be numbered and each customer will be responsible for not exchanging their regulator with another diver.
- If the customer so wishes, they can change the mouth piece of the second stages if they have them or, where appropriate, buy them at the facilities.
- The visors will be disinfected with solutions made for this purpose, before and after each use; The visors will be numbered and each customer or student will be responsible for not exchanging her visor with another diver.
- The wetsuits will be cleaned individually with specific products before each use; They will be numbered and the students must always wear the same suit for the duration of the tour or course.

- The capacity allowed by the authority will be respected
- No unnecessary equipment will be loaded
